Refund & Replacement Policy — The Faculty Lounge
Because every item at The Faculty Lounge is made-to-order specifically for you when placed, we handle returns and replacements with the following guidelines:

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our apparel. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@wearfacultylounge.com.

Please include:

1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. A clear photo showing the damage or print defect

Once verified, we will immediately send out a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will not need to ship the defective item back to us.

Sizing & Address Errors
Because all items are printed to order, we cannot offer free returns or exchanges for sizing errors or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please refer carefully to our sizing charts on each product page before finalizing your order.

If you ordered the wrong size by mistake, reach out to us at info@wearfacultylounge.com and we will gladly work with you to provide a discounted replacement option.

Order Cancellations
Orders enter our automated production queue quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the printing phase, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the credit to your account.
